the computer will be already be ready to transfer.

Connect the PC and the PSP together using a USB cable. You’ll then need
to create a new folder on the PSP to save the music into. Name it
whatever you feel like, but make sure it is inside the PSP folder
called Music. All you need to do from there is copy the mp3 files from
the computer and paste them into the folder you just created in the PSP.
